  • We assess the visible condition of the pool structure, surrounding deck, safety concerns, and accessible pool equipment. This service is ideal for homebuyers or owners who want to understand the current state of the pool and any safety or maintenance issues that may need to be addressed.

  • During your residential home inspection, we perform a complimentary scan of the home for thermal anomalies, and use this technology to visually express moisture concerns using professional infrared technology.

  • We collect air and/or surface samples to identify potential mold related problems within the home, and recommend solutions. All samples are sent to a certified laboratory for analysis, making this service especially valuable for homeowners looking to address moisture issues or air quality concerns. Pricing starts at $325 for 3 samples, and $75 per additional sample as needed.

  • Air samples are gathered and analyzed by a certified laboratory to identify allergens and other airborne particulates. This service is ideal for anyone sensitive to environmental allergens, or looking to assess the overall health of the indoor air. One outdoor sample and two indoor samples included, $75 per additional sample as needed.

  • Water samples are taken from interior fixtures and tested through a certified lab to test for the FHA/VA required Nitrate/Nitrates, Bacteria, and Lead. This service is recommended for homes with private wells whose loan requires this test.

  • Want to know the quality of your water? A complete water test tests for Nitrates/Nitrates, Lead, Bacteria - as well as a host of other elements including pH, Iron, Copper, and more! Great for homes with a private well system to ensure high quality drinking water.

  • Got a private well? This service isn’t typically included as part of a residential home inspection. Make sure the well is performing, and be sure to include a complete water test as well to check for harmful contaminants!

  • We also can test for Lead, Asbestos, and Chinese drywall. Inspections and lead times vary depending on the type of testing.

  • Using a precision ZipLevel, we are able to take elevation readings throughout the home to give you a visual plot of relative elevation throughout the home. This service is beneficial for buyers, sellers, or engineers needing data to support structural evaluations or repair decisions.

  • A licensed engineer evaluates the foundation of a manufactured home to determine if it meets HUD standards. This is typically required by lenders for FHA or VA financing and is coordinated as part of the inspection process.

  • We provide this insurance inspection & report as requested by your insurer. We organize a report with relevant elements to your insurance lender across 4 major systems. Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC(heating & cooling), and Roofing. Only performed with a residential home inspection.
